The premise

Most technologically savvy physicians, and most clinically savvy technologists — software developers, engineers, systems architects — are building toward the same thing. A singularity that optimizes clinical workflows for maximal temporal and financial efficiency. That raises the accuracy of care and the quality of outcomes. And that does it without a third party receiving or profiting from private healthcare data, which belongs to the confidential care team and the patient and no one else.

The mission

KleranOS exists to streamline that singularity for the benefit of mankind. The method is aggregation: find the builders working in the same domains or on the same trajectories, bring them into one place, and have them collaborate, share knowledge, and ultimately build together.

The landscape

The incumbents are named without embarrassment: Epic. Oracle Health. The ambient AI scribes, DAX Copilot and Abridge. Each owns a layer of the clinical stack, and none of them answers to the bedside.

The destination is named too: a universal single-payer system. The insurance middle layer does not survive it.

The WiSER model is part of this landscape. Its entry is pending a definition from the founding cell.
